History

Established in 1940 as Westbrook Funeral Home by Arden Westbrook the original location was on Lexington Ave. In 1946 in moved to its present location on 1129 S. Prairie Street. In 1958 Basil Metz started with the company as a co-owner and later became the sole owner in 1964. The building was remodeled in 1965 when Terry Clouse also came aboard, in 1977 he took over as the sole owner. Jon Waterman purchased the firm in 2005, but Terry still remained the face of the funeral home and is still actively involved in it's day to day routines. In 2015 William Zimmerman purchased the firm and is the current owner.
