Walter Daniel Taylor

ELKHART- Walter Daniel Taylor Jr., 53, of Elkhart, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019, at his home. He was born December 28, 1965 to Walter Daniel Taylor Sr. (Ray) and Marcia (Harper) Taylor in Elkhart, IN.

He married Crystal Moser on March 7, 2016, in Elkhart. She survives along with three children; Jarvis Taylor of Indianapolis, IN, DeVaughtne Askew of Massilon, OH, Danyelle Williams of Ft. Wayne, IN; stepson, Jacob Moser of Michigan and stepdaughter, Jasmine Moser of Elkhart; three grandchildren, Jason Robinson, Jaida Robinson, Isiah Andresen; sisters, Rhonda Taylor of Crowley, TX, Lesia Redd of Elkhart, Teresa (Clarence) Moore of Wichita, KS, Denise Redd of Elkhart and his mother, Margaret Ann Redd of Elkhart along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Walter graduated in 1984 from Jimtown High School, was a veteran of the US Army, and a member of the St. James Boxing Club in Elkhart, IN.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, February 16, 2019, at the Agape Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the Celebration Service.
