VICENTA SANCHEZ HERNANDEZ

April 5, 1939 – February 23, 2024

ELKHART- Vicenta Sanchez Hernandez, 84, of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away Friday February 23, 2024, at Elkhart General Hospital.  She was born April 5, 1939, in Tepa & Epec Hidalgo, Mexico to German Sanchez Vigueraz & Hipolita Hernandez Percastegui.

She married Nolberto Olvera Gonzalez in 1963 in Mexico and he preceded her in death on January 9, 2010.  Surviving are 2 sons, Javier Olvera of Elkhart, IN and Clemente Olvera of Mexico; 1 daughter, Laura Olvera of Elkhart, IN; 7 grandchildren and 11 brothers and sisters all in Mexico.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church and cremation will follow the Mass.  Waterman-Westbrook-Clouse Funeral Home is entrusted with her care.
