ROBERT SMITH

July 20, 1942 – December 13, 2018

ELKHART- Robert “Cool Breeze” Smith, 76, of Elkhart, passed way Thursday December 13 2018 at Woodland Manor in Elkhart. He was born July 20, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Clay & Ellen (Church) Smith, Sr.

Left to cherish is memory are two children, Melodie Jones and Myrna Hughes; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; a brother, Phillip (Betty) Smith of Muskegon, MI and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

Robert enjoyed fixing things and was mechanical inclined. He was formerly employed as a truck driver.

Per the wishes of the family, there will be no visitation or services and cremation will take place at Elkhart Cremation Services. Waterman-Westbrook-Clouse Funeral Home is entrusted with his care.
