PATRICIA K. MANN

November 28, 1941 – July 31, 2024

ELKHART- Patricia K. Mann, 82, of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday July 31, 2024, at Corewell Health – Niles.   She was born November 28, 1941, in Elkhart, Indiana to James & Ethel (Miller) DeFord.

     On October 31, 1959, she married Jerry A. Mann.  He preceded her in death on April 19, 2022.  Surviving are 3 sons, James “Todd” (Michele) Mann of Cassopolis, MI, Scott (Jan) Mann of Wakarusa, IN, Mathew Mann of Jones, MI; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jerry and 2 brothers, Larry & Mike DeFord.

     Patricia was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church.  She liked doing crafts, especially ceramics, and playing card games.  Patricia enjoyed traveling and in high school she played the clarinet.

     A graveside service for Patricia will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday August 9, 2024, at Prairie Street Cemetery.  Rev. Scott Mann will render the service.  Waterman-Westbrook-Clouse Funeral Home is entrusted with the services.  Memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer’s Association.
