Luis Contreras Obituary

Luis M. Contreras, 74, passed away June 11, 2020 at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born June 10, 1946 in Estado, Mexico to the late Geronimo Contreras and Maximina (Mejia) Contreras.

Surviving is his wife, Bonifacia Ocampo Francisco, 8 children, Pedro Contreras Ocampo, Juan Contreras Ocampo, Leonrdes Contreras Ocampo, Aureliano Contreras Ocampo, Maria Luisa Contreras Ocampo, Jose Luis Contreras Ocampo, Emma Contreras Ocampo and Raul Contreras Ocampo.

Luis retired from Callahan’s Restaurant.

Visitation will be 2 hours prior the 11 mass Monday, June 15, 2020 at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Father Matthew Coonan will preside, and burial will follow in St. Vincent Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
