EMIGDIO ROCHA SOSA

August 5, 1973 – February 16, 2026

ELKHART- Emigdio Rocha Sosa, 52, of Elkhart, passed away Monday February 16, 2026, in Elkhart, Indiana.  He was born August 5, 1973, in San Bernardo, Durango, Mexico to Ernesto Rocha Aguirre & MA. De Jesus Sosa De Rocha.

     Surviving are 6 children, 4 grandchildren, his mother, 2 brothers and 6 sisters.  He was preceded in death by his father and 1 brother.

     Emigdio was employed as a mechanic, and he dearly loved his job.  He enjoyed singing, exercising and whistling.  Emigdio adored his children, was very friendly and helpful.

     Visitation for family and friends will be Monday February 23, 2026, at Zimmerman-Clouse Funeral Home, 1129 S. Prairie Street, Elkhart, IN, from 4-6 p.m.  Additional visitation will be on Tuesday February 24, 2026, from 11 till Noon at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held at Noon Tuesday at the funeral home and burial will follow at St. Vincent Cemetery in Elkhart.
