CHERYL A. FLENOY

ELKHART- Cheryl A. Flenoy, 65, of Elkhart and formerly of Rochester, was found passed away on Sunday October 6, 2019 at her home. She was born September 6, 1954 in Bremen, Indiana to Bill & Etta Mae (Sarber) Zimmerman.

On January 13, 2006 in Elkhart she married Melvin Flenoy, Jr. He survives along with 2 children, Melanie J. (Michael) Leedy of Rochester, IN and Brian Johnson of New Castle, IN; 3 grandchildren, Brendan, Presten and Haley;2 great-grandchildren, Jeffery and Charlie and 3 siblings, Linda Krandenburg of Koontz Lake, IN, John Zimmerman and Jim Zimmerman of Bourbon, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Larry Zimmerman.

Cheryl was a member of the Westside Apostolic Church in Rochester and a member of the Life Tabernacle Church in Elkhart. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, playing cards, watching Television and going for walks.

In keeping with her wishes cremation will take place. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the 1:00 p.m. celebration of life service, on October 14, 2019, and will be held at the Life Tabernacle Church in Elkhart. Pastor Mark Johnson will preside.

Waterman-Westbrook-Clouse Funeral Home is entrusted with her care.
